1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of payment, provided that we have not yet commenced work or initiated any government filings. In such cases, a full refund (minus payment gateway transaction fees) will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Third-party software, domain, or hosting fees already paid on your behalf.

• Services already completed or partially completed (e.g., document verification, portal registration).

• Delay in processing due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

• Delays or configuration issues due to third-party hosting, registrar, or SMTP providers beyond our control.

3. Professional Service Fees

If you choose to cancel after we have started working on your project but before the final filing, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fee to cover the professional time and resources already spent on your project.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email shivam@ecom007.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Modifications

Ecom007 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
